INTENTIONAL TRANSITION MINISTERS Download the newly developed document for calling an intentional transition minister. Participants at the EOA Spring Gathering voted to review a new policy for intentional interim ministers and bring it up for final vote during the business meeting of the Fall Gathering. Note that we responded to the suggestions that were made at the Spring Gathering. We encourage ministers and laity to review it and send comments to either Gene Kraus (dgk@mac.com) or Sharon Kiesel (skiesel@hotmail.com). -
APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY: Visit this website for an introduction. It is an organization development methodology based on the assumption that inquiry into and dialogue about strengths, successes, values, hopes and dreams is itself transformational. Many churches have used Appreciative Inquiry to become more vital and alive. Fortunately, we have people in our Association who have led churches through this process. Check out the website and call EOA for more information.
